Day 3...

10 angpows so far only (hei who's counting!) but loads of high cholesterol but yummmmy foods went in my body & i think by now, out already at the other end. As usual, eat eat eat only, and followed by some more munching of the keropok with acar, more of those sinful fried goodies on the table and ooo...Scarlet's durian bread & butter pudding. OMG! but first, it's not her work ok, it's from her papa's restaurant, anyway...OMG...it's highly toxic, highly addictive and the smell of it...hmm... Dun you guys eeee-eeee it, i know you guys, dun eeeeeee until you smell, eat and blurp ok! YUMMM!

and of course, how can i not mentioned: Mahjong.... hmm....and 'in-between'. kaching! So the lack of posts for the past few days...well...halo it's CNY ya! com'on guys & dolls, it's only Day 3. And i betcha you all have better things to do, things to eat, people to do see, money to win or give than reading bidarlah now.

wanna blog abt my yoga practice and about how being yoga has been to me, as last night was the last yoga class for 2007. tat itself deserves a post...right!

but with the activities around me or the lack off, i dunno how or what to write anymore. Like Scarlet always said, just feeling uninspired-hence no updates. Speaking of which, GET WELL SOON. yes! lemsip-up. ok!

anyway...will post abt yoga when i feel the ommms in me as at the mo, me catching up with the Upper East Siders, and Project Runway 4. And soooooon the Walkers family- watched S2 epi 1 and i tell you, OMG...All of us should have faith.

i have been a good boy this year; ok! lazy at times, ok! stubborn at times, ok! talking rubbish most of the time but nevertheless i've been good. So pls let my 'secret santa' know that i really really want, wat i really really want, i wanna wanna wanna a pair of vintage sunnies, or a few more zero's in my bank account preferable at the end, not the front and before the decimal point, or a soft leather cover for my new e-gadget.

But i know as there is a cap on the value for all of us, i wont be having any of the above. So as a compromise, i will settle for a picture frame (like last year) or some novelty stuffs. ;)

went to yoga! yes! in case you guys haven't realise, the lack of yoga post = lack of yoga in class for me. One word: Lazy bah! and also been busy with work & other stuffs. Ok excuses excuses! next week need to do more yoga or exercise man!

So after yoga, still no power; so had to eat, drink, shower in the dark with the use of candles.

No power = no tv = no air conbut did not stop me from snapping the candles to pass time...hehe! i tried to write something reflective or poetic like gferro for this post but nothing. How do u come up with ur phrases or pantun or reflective comments? how huh?

Wat the hos about?

BiG just launched their first ever competition this week and got a nasty feedback from Da Cheapo, a well established photographer as he is unhappy with BiG rules no.4 ie. ALL submission remains the property of BiG and may be used in their future publications.

To me, i thought tat's just plain normal/standard lah. Most competitions of any sorts, normally have their own sets of T&Cs, so wat's the problem? if you have any questions, leave comment or write to the editor lah, kids: don't do wat he did?

yes...Wat u don't do is leave messages on various local tagboards asking them & the readers to go to his blog to hear him out, basically he can't part away with his $ for an 8R photo & $1 for a CD (you dun need DVD) for his submission.

Anyone can join, submit one or more images as they like, and if you don't like the idea of not winning then dun join lah. Fair enuf if you vent your frustration on your personal blogs (like most bloggers do) but do you have to go so low to leaving msg saying "check my blog". Wat? trying to stir traffic to your blog, is it? pls...

If you read the T&Cs, all finalists or shortlisted ones will be published, so everyone is a win-win situation. And if yours or those gonna be used in future publications, will be fully credited. No one is taking that away from the owner. Like Mariah Carey say, They can't take that away from me...plus the photo might get a chance to be seen by loads more people than just in the blog or website.
