one on hand, Kelly Chen got my admiration and respect when she voiced out about the current HK music awards are kinda a joke: with all the music companies fighting for the awards rather than based on the music, which I totally agreed.

We boycott your award show if u dun give *cough* Leo*cough*the best male award, or Our company artistes won't show up if *cough*Eason *cough* is not given best female. Wateva lah! Shambooo....

back to my topic, oh yes...KC.

she recently released her latest Canto album called Kellylicious. I hv not heard it myself, so no comment on that. But look at her album cover...

What was she thinking? Am i the only one thinking she is doing her pang sai pose? And to add salt to her hmm...stuff, she add the word: delicious. Smart! Kelly dear, why???

What Color Should Your Blog or Journal Be?

Just like antibarbie, i was hoping to be another color. She was hoping to be black but got red, whereas i hoped it to be red or maybe black too, instead of YELLOW.

I dun even wear yellow for God's sake. Yellow is one of those color that not alot of people can pull off and look good in, without looking like a walking banana or Big Bird. yes! not even yellow mini or yellow porsche. big no no!!! I dun even go walking around town or office with a banana in my hand; though they are yummy and good for you. And i can't stand those interior painted bright sunny yellow----sunnies needed, i tell you.

only thing i like about yellow is Coldplay's Yellow, yellow rubber duckie but if can choose, i go for other colors, and the Simpsons.

but then again, am i all those above? so if i'm cheerful, friendly and upbeat, i'm classified as yellow mellow? hmm...well then i guess i'm yellow? well better than (envy) green or (murky) brown.

on a different note, after my previous post, wanna thanks doctor for bringing me 2 boxes of M&S mince pies from his recent trip to down under, not souvenir unfortunately hor! I will bring some to the dinner for all to share. (what's left) I heard his 'flight' was fantastic. Com'on flying suite class on the A380, champagne free flow and ala carte menu; tell me wat is not good huh?

which is worse?

Due to the recent water works around my house, thankfully it's fixed now. But I cant help but wonder, which is worse: no water or no electricity at home?

wat you guys think?



no water: can't shower, can't clean, can't cook, can't wash, can't water the plant, can't flush or clean the toilet, Smeellllly and needing loads of this...

to store water in the house...(pic)

no power: no fans, no AC, no internet, no light at night, no washing, hot at night, difficult to zzz, can't cook (in the dark), no hot water, cant do much at home, and use loads of....

candles!!!

So we should really be blessed for having both everyday cos without which, i dunno how we can survive this time of age.

back on the mat...

finally i got my lazy arse to the studio for some yoga flow this week. It must have been some good 5 weeks of no yoga for my body but i got to say i have my reasons. not excuses hor.

signs hints that you have not been to the class for quite some time:

1. u see new faces in the class.

yes! the first class i went to this week, half the class is packed with new yoginis ie. char bos. And i got to say...aren't they a noisy bunch or wat? blah di blah...ya ya ya...oo ya...blah di blah...KNS...nin nia, lower your voice pls lah.

Ok...the thing is me & the others do talk before class but our decibels are much much lower as not to disturb others who are trying to stay focus or wateva they are doing. But these bunch i tell you...it's like talking at home or in kopi shop like nobody business. just when i thought the last time was noisy.

2. where are all the 'old' faces?

maybe it's pay day, maybe its end of the month, maybe its (almost) end of the year...holiday ka? busy ka? o like me previously, in hiatus.

3. my usual spot is taken over by the same gal as previously. argh... plus no fans in class? hot yoga ka?

4. Body is not the same anymore.

my first 'back to class' session, feels like starting all over again. Body is not as flexi anymore...forward bends are not that forward anymore, back bends are not that back anymore, my downward dog is like puppy....breathe:::

2 days later...(body lagging bah) my hamstrings are sooooo damn tight. wat the f*$@? Doing another flow class is no fun nor enjoyable. Seated forward bend, forget it. I realised doing triangle pose is good to loosen them cos while in the pose, i felt the tightness and i think, if i go any deeper into the pose, i might just tear the muscle. no joke. Like Mel always say,"you have to tear it." i guess then i'm free to flow. haha! And guess wat? the grand finale is doing the monkey pose ie. split. yeah! like that's gonna happen. But it was a good class for me tho having said all that.

5. Noise coming from outside.

You think those loud yabba-ing from the char bos in the class is disturbing. Wait till half way through the class or even throughout the class, one idiot from downstairs turned his car's la pa (speakerboxx) to the max. It's like he is staging a concert for the Eagles. One more time i hear the damn Hotel California...i will take my knife and split his la pa, i tell you. ANNOYING man! ok ok! Guru said acknowledge your surrounding...but it's bising bah. (pic)

why the hell would one turn out his car speakers to the max? worse is when he drive round the block...you can hear the music...from hhhhHHHHOOOoottttteellllll.......seriously. not once but a few times then parked in front of the guess where? car stereo shop.

U would think his car is like some spanking pimped-my-ride kinda huh...but nooo... why??? (pic)

seriously, why huh? ego ka? trying to show off? but show wat? dun understand...but if he is booming Sandy's song...i'm fine hahah...but nooo.

if he is trying get votes like VOTE ME FOR IDIOT OF THE YEAR or something, fine...at least there is a reason.

if he is gonna slam someone over the speakerboxx, then fine...at least we get some goss.

if he is gonna serenade his boyfriend/girlfriend or both, then fine...at least it's romantic (pic)

if he is advertising for Bidarlah.com, then fine...at least it's for a good reason.

over lunch today and we had a light but serious talk; well, when i say talk, i only listen lah. Our just turned 30 year old gal was ranting and when i say 'serious', it was more like her frustration & a bit pissed off.

i just can't help smirking cos the words used was ... tell me wat you think. (the topic of the discussion shall remained shhhh!!!) anyway, here was part of the conversation:
