Rotating Tower...

What the ----?

if you have 3.7 million (£1.8 million) to 36 million dollars (£18 million) spare, and wanting to move to Dubai in or by 2010, you might just want to check the world's first rotating residential (apartments) tower.

Would you stay there?

I guess such building can only be available in Dubai. Guess its most architects' wetdreams to build some 'experimental' project or fulfill his/her fantasies.

What type of building can you think of for the future? (source)

When I first saw it on TV ... waduiii..

won't it make load of strain n stress on the structure itself...?

would be difficult to assess the deadload and the live load ....
